Denise Stephens operates Princeton Financial Services, Inc. She works with professionals and small business owners whose goals are to increase their wealth and retire in style.

Denise works one-on-one with clients at their office or home to provide solutions to their financial planning needs. With an initial personal consultation, she analyzes their current financial situation and learns about their priorities and short and long-term life goals. A written financial strategy can be created from the information that is gathered. The plan could include estate planning for business continuation, cash flow and asset management, and tax credit programs, all designed to help the client reach their retirement objectives.

Denise works in her client’s best interest to provide the products and services that achieve solutions to their wants and needs. She provides her clients with the knowledge and information they require to make the educated decisions about their financial future. She believes in building long-term relationships that will continue with the next generation.

Clients of Denise receive personal service on an ongoing basis. She is able to handle all aspects of the financial plan, including referrals to CPA’s and attorneys if necessary, so the client can focus on his/her own business or profession. She represents her clients with the highest standard of integrity and honesty because that is what she would expect if she were in her clients’ shoes.

Her knowledge and experience in investments help provide the client with a sense of confidence. They can feel comfortable knowing they are working their dreams.

Denise has over twenty years of experience as a financial advisor. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and International Business, and holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designations. Denise is also a licensed Property and Casualty Agent. Denise strongly believes in continuing education in order to keep abreast of any new regulations and/or planning ideas.

Denise offers her clients a choice in how they work with her. They can decide if they prefer to pay a fee with a free initial consultation available or have Denise paid by commission. During the initial consultation, Denise obtains information from the client through an interview/questionnaire about their current financial situation and most importantly, about their goals and priorities in life. She reviews tax returns and discusses the client’s budget to get a true picture of their financial resources and obligations. A risk tolerance questionnaire is also used. Depending on the requirements of the client, other needs analyses/ questionnaires are used for estate liquidity, income replacement, retirement needs, education needs, etc. At the second meeting, Denise presents the financial planning recommendations and/or alternatives she has developed. Once the recommendations have been implemented, she monitors the plan and conducts an internal quarterly review of all securities holdings for every client and contacts them by phone if changes are warranted. Denise conducts an annual review in person to discover any life changes or if goals or priorities need to be revised.
